We evaluated the competitors based on their offerings, interface, and the overall user experience from start to finish. User Persona
We began synthesizing and organizing the data gathered from stakeholders, users, audits, and market analysis. This allowed us to identify patterns and create user personas. These personas help us understand our potential customer base and develop a more tailored solution for them.
Information Architecture & Userflow
StockPe's user flow starts with onboarding, where new users sign up and create a profile. Users can choose to begin with the Learn, Play, or Invest journeys, and then explore other journeys at their own pace.

Before entering the final designing phase, we created wireframes to visualize the information hierarchy and determine the most effective way to present it. Designing wireframes ensures that the final product will have a clean and effective design, making it easier for users to access and understand the information they need.

The design of StockPe's user interface incorporates several essential components, such as a color palette, typography, and other design elements. These components collaborate to create a consistent and cohesive look and feel for the platform. By establishing a design system, StockPe can maintain a consistent style and brand identity across all platform screens.
Final design
Tournament
To provide a real investment experience, StockPe has introduced tournaments. In these tournaments, users compete with each other to create a strong portfolio and earn points. This not only enhances the learning process but also adds a competitive element to the platform. Additionally, StockPe offers a chat feature for users to connect with others and discuss their investments and strategies, promoting further exchange of ideas.
Learn
StockPe aims to educate people on topics such as investing, opening accounts, and investment planning. With a particular focus on young people, the application uses gamification to make learning about finance and investing engaging and enjoyable. Users can progress through different levels by watching videos and answering questions. By earning points, users can unlock further investing opportunities within the application.
Case study
The application utilizes case studies to assist users in achieving a deeper understanding of complex topics. This approach enables users to grasp concepts related to the stock market and investment strategies, enhancing the overall learning experience.

The initial set of screens was handed off for development, and our team closely monitored it for quality analysis. Our close collaboration enabled us to make necessary adjustments in real-time, resulting in a polished and user-friendly application.
Seamless onboarding flow
Problem : Less conversion rate
There was a lack of hierarchical information, and the onboarding screens did not have progress indication. As a result, there was a significant number of user drop-offs. We have identified and addressed this issue across all other screens.

To enhance the user experience, we redesigned the user flow and made the onboarding process more seamless, ensuring it is engaging for users.

WebEngage helps us keep track of drop-offs, bounce rates, average time spent, and more. These insights further enhance our understanding of user behavior and what resonates with them.

Result : Increased Conversions
Our design efforts have yielded significant results, with a rapid increase in customer conversion rates. In less than two months, the conversion rate jumped from 19.61% to 60.54%. These improvements demonstrate the effectiveness of our design in creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
